Selbstverständlich muss ich früh aufstehen, wenn die NORWEGIAN JADE reinkommt.
Of course I need to wake up early to check if NORWEGIAN JADE already was on arrival.Well Captain Kim Karlsson was on board. I sent him a message that I would like to take a picture of him on the bridge subject we would berth next to him and he should wave. Promptly I got an answer back that it was not possible because we would tender. And I thought that we should only tender in Santorini. Furthermore I learned that the had that day a lot of meetings and so no chance to leave the ship and to meet us. And he we had to learn that he would not be our Captain in January 2014 on NORWEGIAN JADE because he would move to NORWEGIAN SPIRIT. Could not he changed already one year earlier when we were on NORWEGIAN SPIRIT in January 2013?
Schließlich ist ja Kapitän Kim Karlsson an Bord. Ich hatte ihn angeschrieben, falls wir direkt neben ihm liegen sollten, dass er mal freundlich rüberwinkt und ich mal ein Bild wieder von ihm machen darf. Prompt kam die Antwort zurück: leider nein, weil wir ja tendern würden. Und ich dachte, dass wir nur in Santorini tendern würden. Leider erfahre ich noch, dass er heute viele Besprechungen an Bord hat und deswegen leider nicht an Land geht und dass er leider nicht unser Kapitän im Januar 2014 auf der NORWEGIAN JADE sein wird, weil er auf die NORWEGIAN SPIRIT wechselt... Hätte er nicht vor einem Jahr wechseln können, als wir im Januar 2013 auf der NORWEGIAN SPIRIT waren? Somewhere there he must be around.
Da müsste er irgendwo sein.

So eine Unverschämtheit von der ORIANA... Mein Parkplatz... wir waren vor ihr doch hier.

Mit bislang vier Reisen und im Januar 2014 dann die fünfte. Mit keinem Schiff haben wir eine größere Verbundenheit als mit der NORWEGIAN JADE. Danach folgen NORWEGIAN SPIRIT (3) und jeweils 2 mal auf NORWEGIAN SUN, NORWEGIAN GEM, NORWEGIAN PEARL, NORWEGIAN EPIC, NORWEGIAN DREAM, BLACK PRINCE, DELPHIN, LILI MARLEEN/OCEAN COUNTESS und EURODAM
With so far four voyages and No. 5 in January 2014. No other ship has a better relationship with us but NORWEGIAN JADE. Then it's NORWEGIAN SPIRIT (3) and each of them 2: NORWEGIAN SUN, NORWEGIAN GEM, NORWEGIAN PEARL, NORWEGIAN EPIC, NORWEGIAN DREAM, BLACK PRINCE, DELPHIN, LILI MARLEEN/OCEAN COUNTESS and EURODAM.Well. MSC ARMONIA got the best parking: just in front of the old town.
Na gut: MSC ARMONIA hat den besten Parkplatz erwischt: direkt vor der Altstadt. Ich hatte das "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild an die Tür gemacht, damit ich nachmittags ein wenig dösen konnte. Aber das galt doch nicht für Kapitän Kim Karlsson. Nun ist er einfach abgehauen, ohne dass ich nochmals die Chance hatte, ihm zuzuwinken. Leider fuhr sie 30 Minuten früher los, als in meinem Kalender eingetragen...
I placed the "Please do not disturb"-sign at the door so that I could have a nap in the afternoon. But that was not addressed to Captain Kim Karlsson. Now he just disappeared without giving me a chance to wave. Unfortunately she sailed 30 minutes earlier than noted in my agenda....As Captain Kim Karlsson will not be on board we were looking to meet Mahmut again who told us on Facebook that he will be onboard.
Da nun Kapitän Kim Karlsson nicht an Bord sein wird, freue ich mich schon auf Mahmut, der uns schon auf Facebook informiert hat, dass er an Bord sein wird.Und ein alter Freund ist immer an Bord der NORWEIGAN JADE: König Kamehameha.
