Es geht weiter nach Delft. Leider mit etwas Nieselregen, aber der Duft von frisch gebratenem Fisch.



We continued for Delft. With a little light rain but the smell of the fresh baked fish.

We went to Café de Wijnhaven to warm up with some coffee.



Wir gehen jedoch ins Café de Wijnhaven, um uns dort mit einer Tasse Kaffee aufzuwärmen.

Äußerst gemütlich und vor allem schöne Musik der 60er, 70er, 80er, bei denen die Gäste auch mal laut mitsingen.



It was very nice especially the music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Some guests were singing loud.

In case someone like to see the place you find here the address. The price level was about 25% lower than in Amsterdam. It's a student city.



Falls jemand mal hinmöchte, hier die Anschrift. Und vom Preisniveau: ca. 25% günstiger als in Amsterdam. Ist auch eine Studentenstadt.

Überhaupt waren sehr viele Restaurants draußen in Booten, auf den Straßen oder in den Kellern zu sehen, die sehr gemütlich aussahen.



We saw many great-looking promising restaurants outside on boats, on the streets or in the basements.

Everything one size smaller than in Amsterdam.



Alles eine Nummer kleiner als in Amsterdam.

Unser Kapitän ist gleichzeitig Schiffsbau-Student. So ein wenig hatte ich den Eindruck, dass er gerade bei der Vorlesung Havarien war...



Out Captain was shipbuidling student. I had a little the impression that had just the lessons with havaries etc.

A very nice gesture which will be kept in best mind with the kids: they were allowed to sail the ship a few yards and now I am sure that they do not want to become anymore operator in a train. By the way he convinced the Dutch that he only need to make explanations in German.



Eine nette Geste, die bestimmt den Kindern in guter Erinnerung bleibt: sie durften ein kleines Stück fahren und bestimmt wollen sie jetzt nicht mehr Lokomotivführer mehr werden. Er hatte übrigens die niederländischen Gäste überredet, dass er nur in Deutsch moderieren muss.





During the tour the Captain was requested to stop at a certain place alongside our route to make a proposal.



Während der Fahrt wird der Kapitän gebeten kurz anzuhalten, weil an einem bestimmten Ort an der Route, er einen Heiratsantrag macht.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch. Die Bilder stehen hier mit ausdrücklicher Erlaubnis der Verlobten.

After the boat tour we walked a little over the Market Square.



Nach der Rundfahrt schlendern wir noch über den Marktplatz.

Hier werden von Brunos Mutter Investionsmöglichkeiten für Brunos Erbe und somit unsere Kreuzfahrtkasse gesucht...

Here I used the options you have with an iPhone. The App for KLM-Houses. As Business Class guest you get a little house of Delft China fillied with some liquor. In this App they present the singe houses and give explanations. That you can easily use as tour guide book.



Hier nutze ich die Möglichkeiten eines iPhones. Das KLM-Häuschen-App. Als Gast der Business Classe bekommt aus Delfter Porzellan immer ein Häuschen gefüllt mit Schnaps. In diesem App werden die Häuschen beschrieben. Das kann man natürlich schön als Fremdenführer nutzen.

Hätten wir bloß mal hier unsere Pfannkuchen gegessen. Das sieht ja wohl um einiges gemütlicher aus, als in Zaanse Schans.



I wish we would have our pancakes here. Looked much more nicer than in Zaanse Schans.
